Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our watches, change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed.

Each order is assembled specifically for the customer and may include customised components, making it unsuitable for resale.

Case-by-Case Consideration

In certain situations, we may consider:

• Partial refunds

• Exchanges

• Store credit

These are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Any approved return or exchange must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be approved by JS Watches prior to return

• Not result in additional costs to JS Watches (including shipping or fees)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom or modified watches without prior approval

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure, or unauthorised modification
